The Three Sisters (Pik, Apple, Bim) are the backbone of our culinary team. They grew up in a small village in Northeastern Thailand called Maha Sarakham and are always looking for ways to bring their traditional Thai cooking to you. Nai Thai will bring you authentic Thai dishes, Asian Fusion dishes that blend the best of classic Thai, Asian and American. They all are superb and you will not be disappointed.

    Rolled fresh daily by the 3 Sisters, this vegetarian delight has become our most popular appetizer. Served with our house made sweet and sour sauce.

  • Gyzo (Pot-Stickers)

    A blend of chicken, pork and veggies are stuffed inside these tender pillows of goodness and fried to a golden brown. Can be steamed if desired, just let your server know ahead of time.

  • Satay

    Fresh chicken tenderloins marinated in our savory sauce, sliced into bite size pieces, skewered and grilled to a golden brown. Thai Street Food at its best.

  • Coconut Shrimp

    Large butterflied shrimp get coated in a panko and coconut blend then deep fried to a crispy golden brown. Pairs great with our house white wine or a Mango Moscato.

  • Fresh Roll

    Rice noodles, Fresh Thai Basil, crispy lettuce, shredded carrots get hand rolled into a clear rice wrapper. Made to order, your choice of chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Served with house made peanut sauce and hoisin.

  • Crab Rangoon

    Fresh lump crab, cream cheese, minced veggies get wrapped in a crispy wonton shell and fried to perfection. This is another house special of the 3 Sisters. Pairs great with any of our 24 ice cold draft beers.

  • Lettuce Wraps

    House made Thai chili sauce gets drizzled over minced chicken, cucumber, carrot, mushroom, cilantro and green onion. Seared to perfection in a 650 degree wok. Served with a quarter head of fresh lettuce. A must try!!!

    Fresh squid coated in a seasoned panko then fried to golden perfection.

  • Papaya Salad

    This is a centuries old family recipe of the 3 Sisters (Pik, Apple, Bim) they grew up making this dish with their mom and selling it in their local village. If you can sell Papaya Salad to a Thai, you know its good. Fresh Papaya, shredded carrot, long green bean, lime juice, and palm sugar all get combined with some secret Thai spices and placed in a traditional Thai Khok (a clay version of a mortar and pestle) until just the right mixture is obtained.

  • Yum Nua

    Thinly sliced grilled beef, combined with fresh carrot, cucumber, tomato, scallions all get tossed in a zesty lime sauce and placed on a bed of greens. It’s Yummy!

  • Larb Chicken (Eastern Thai Style)

    Fresh shallots, scallions and minced chicken get blended with Thai herbs and hit the wok at about 650 degrees, mixed with a zesty lime sauce and served with fresh cucumber and lettuce.

  • Nam Tok Moo

    Thinly grilled pork slices sit atop mixed greens, shallots, scallions, mint lives, toasted rice powder. A sweet and sour lime dressing completes this tasty plate of goodness.

    Coconut milk, green curry, bamboo shoots, onions, bell pepper and Thai Basil leaves. This dish is a family recipe that the 3 Sisters brought straight from Thailand. It is packed with flavor and is as authentic as they come.

  • Masaman Curry

    Fragrant and Flavorful!!! House made peanut butter sauce combined with creamy coconut, potato, carrot and onion. This is a must try!!

  • Panang Curry

    Another authentic 3 Sisters family recipe. Strong flavors of cardamom, bay leaves and cumin get blended with coconut milk, green bean, bell pepper and carrots.

  • Thai Yellow Curry

    Thai Yellow Curry seasoning gets combined with cumin, cinnamon, coconut milk, onion, potato and carrots. Topped with Fresh Avacado (in season). This is a filling and flavorful dish.

  • Red Curry

    A classic curry with bamboo, bell pepper, carrots and balanced with coconut milk. Pairs great with our Plum Sake or an ice cold Singha.

  • Cashew Nut

    Sweet chili sauce, pineapple, carrots, bell pepper, onions and of course cashew nuts dance around the wok until a sweet and savory sauce is developed. Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

    Plenty of black pepper gets combined with sweet black soy sauce, onion, snow peas and carrots. It all gets wokkin and wollin in a 650 degree wok to bring out the aromatics and flavor. Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

  • Ginger (not the redhead)

    Fresh cut ginger, scallions, onions, mushrooms, bell and carrots combined with fresh garlic and a light brown sauce. Good for what is ailing you… Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

  • Mixed Veggies

    Garden fresh vegetables sautéed in a garlic sauce, served with a heaping portion of Jasmine Rice. Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

  • General Tso’ Chicken

    You can’t be an Asian restaurant and not serve General Tso’. Our Thai twist on this Asian dish will leave your taste buds smiling. Hand breaded chicken, broccoli and carrots all get glazed with our house made sauce. Try it with our fried rice for $1 more.

  • Hot Basil (Kapow)

    I just like saying it… KAPOW!!! Fresh Thai Basil, spicy chili paste (not spicy if you like), onions, scallions and bell pepper hit the wok at about 650 degrees, this combination is one of my go to’s. Goes great with any of our local craft beers, there is 24 taps on the tap wall. Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

    Our version of an Asian Classic. Pineapple, cucumber, fresh tomato, onion and bell pepper get tossed in the wok with our vision of sweet and sour sauce. Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

    Sliced purple Asian eggplant, onions, scallions, bell pepper, Thai Basil leaves and ginger all combined in a light brown sauce. Served with Jasmine Rice. Substitute with Fried Rice for 75¢.

    Pho – it is all about the broth… The 3 Sisters will surprise you with their Thai version of the Vietnamese dish. This is by far our best selling soup and a Goldsboro classic. Sure to leave your tummy smiling.

    Rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, and scallions all stir fried in a generations old secret Thai sauce. Topped with peanuts, bean sprouts and a lime. Enjoy!

  • Drunken Noodles (Pad Ke Mow’)

    Wide rice noodles, egg, bell pepper, onions, carrots and Fresh Thai Basil combine with a special drunken sauce in the wok and are stir fried to yumminess. No alcohol is involved in making this dish… however it does go great with any of our 24 draft beers!

  • Pad Woon Zen

    Glass noodles, egg, broccoli, napa cabbage, carrots, celery, onion and scallion all tumble in the wok with a light brown sauce.

  • Pad Se Ew

    Broccoli, carrots and rice noodles gather in a 650 degree wok, a delicious light brown sauce gets added and they are all get stir fried to perfection, plated pipping hot!

    A variation of our Thai Fried Rice… This one is a favorite of those who love the taste of Fresh Thai Basil. Pairs great with our house Plum Sake or any of our Wines.

    Shrimp and chicken are the staples of this dish but the pineapple and Thai spices steal the show. Combined with egg, onion, carrot, raisin and cashew nuts it all takes a spin in our seasoned woks until it is just right.

    A homemade Orange sauce tops Crispy Chicken, onions, carrots and cashew nuts. Garnished with scallions and sesame seeds. Served with Jasmine Rice.

They spent their early years helping their mother in the kitchen, this is where they honed their craft. As children they would help their mother make papaya salad and sticky rice that would then be sold in the neighborhood.  If you can sell papaya salad to a Thai, it must be good.  This seemingly small enterprise paid for all the girl’s college and taught them a very strong work ethic.  We are currently living the “American Dream” and are so thankful for the support we have been given.

Nai Thai will bring you authentic Thai dishes, as spicy or as mild as you like. You will see daily specials that will consist of Traditional Thai comfort food. You will also find unique Asian Fusion dishes that blend the best of classic Thai, Asian and American. They all are superb, and you will not be disappointed. We look forward to seeing you.

We started with one restaurant in Goldsboro, NC in 2015.  Our popularity quickly grew, and we opened a 2nd location.  Strategically located close to Seymour Johnson AFB, we have been lucky to draw on the international experiences that the Active-Duty Service personnel have brought back to Goldsboro with them.  We are thrilled to be able to service these warriors and have catered numerous going away, retirement, birthday and promotion parties for them.  We would love to cater your next event. We currently operate 2 restaurants, Nai Thai 2 and My Thai Bowl.  My Thai bowl is a online only menu available thru MyThaiNC.com and it a blend of traditional Thai Food and all of the favorite Asian Fusion dishes.  Nai Thai 2 is a full service casually themed family friendly restaurant.  Nai Thai 2 has 24 draft beers, and we try to keep at least 18 of those drafts dedicated to North Carolina Breweries.  North Carolina has an abundance of great local brewers and we try to support them all.  If you have a favorite local brewery and would like us to feature it, please drop us a line and let us know.  Being a family-owned restaurant, we have the ability and desire to respond quickly to our guest requests.

Our Bubble Tea is a popular refreshing drink and Nai Thai 2 and My Thai Bowl are one of only a couple locations in Goldsboro that make this drink.  Bubble Tea or Boba Tea has various styles, ours is similar to a smoothie with boba mixed in.  We offer many flavors, Watermelon, Taro, Strawberry, Mango, Coconut, Pineapple.  These drinks are made fresh to order, try one today.

 

Our dedication to providing authentic Thai and Asian Fusion food and drinks is a passion that has fueled our dreams.  We try to make sure that our passion is evident in the level of service that you will receive in our dining room.  We provide a casual friendly environment that is decorated with many authentic Thai decorations.  We hope that the atmosphere we provide is fun, casual and relaxing.  You will often find one or both of the owners in the dining room interacting with their guests, most have become friends and are known on a first name basis.  If you see one of them please introduce yourself they would love to get to know you.  Want to catch your favorite NFL, Basketball or College sport on TV while enjoying your favorite local brewery?  Come see us, we have 7 large screen LED TV’s for your viewing pleasure.

 

We occasionally have friends from Thailand send us Thai items to sell in our foyer.  These items are never the same and are always produced in Thailand, usually by hand.  If you’re in the market for traditional Thai items, take a look.

 

Fusion cuisine blends the culinary traditions of two or more nations to create innovative and sometimes quite interesting dishes. It tends to be more common in culturally diverse and metropolitan areas, where there is a wider audience for such food.  At Nai Thai and My Thai Bowl we blend our Thai heritage with American Classics, Japan, Korea, China, Laos, Vietnam and numerous other parts of the world.  We keep our menu fresh by listening to our guests.
